  • The cozy four-floor villa Kralj S is located in the center of Budva, 450 m from the sea, across the road and the hotel Slovenska Plaza. Distance To the Old Town – 1,4 km, to the central market “Zelena Pijaca” – 800 m, to the beach “Slovenska Plaza” – 9 min walking. Budva bus station can be found only 600 m of the accommodation. Nearby located Apartments Tomy. Distance from Tivat airport – 20 km, from Podgorica – 67 km.

  • The apartments do not have their own territory; all rooms have been redecorated. There is an own restaurant “Kralj” on the embankment (15 min walking from villa), where guests can order breakfast in a romantic setting on the seashore.

  • Additional breakfast can be reserved in own restaurant «KRALJ»

Own restaurant near the sea, free Wi-Fi.
*Kindly note: No parking available, no reception. Upper floors accessible by stairs only. 

Service:

Daily cleaning of rooms, change of bed linen – once every 3-5 days. There is an iron for the free use of guests.
