  • Apartments Tramontana are located in Sveti Stefan, 200 m from the sea on a hill. The beach of Sveti Stefan is 5 minutes walk. Next to the apartments there is a stop of city buses to Budva; Milocer park, where it is pleasant to walk on warm summer evenings; several grocery stores and family restaurants “Drago” and “Kentera”. The distance to the Old Town of Budva is 9 km, to Przhno, where fish restaurants are concentrated – 2.5 km, from Tivat Airport – 28 km.

  • Apartments Tramontana – an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by olive trees and incredible views of the sea and the island Sveti Stefan. All rooms are made in Mediterranean style, in light colors. On the territory there is a small playground and a terrace for the common use of guests. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday away from the bustle of the city and in harmony with nature.

In the rooms:

Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, safe, TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, kettle, bathroom with shower (curtain), hair dryer.
*Kindly note: not all rooms have a terrace.

Service:

Daily cleaning and change of towels, bed linen is changed every 3-5 days. Laundry service for an additional fee (by agreement with the maid). There is an ironing board and iron for shared use.

Note:

Floor covering – tiles. All rooms except the kitchen are separated by doors, it is allowed to cook. There is a kitchenette on the 1st floor which is allowed to use by all guests from the ground floor apartments. Accommodation with pets is prohibited.

STUDIO 02 garden sv (№1): 27 m2 + terrace 12 m2 with access to the garden overlooking the sea, a small corridor with a kitchenette (refrigerator, small electric stove, electric kettle), double bed + separate bed, bathroom with shower.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with sea view and garden access

APP 03+1 SV (№2,3): 45 m2 + terrace 12 m2 overlooking the sea with access to the garden, living room with kitchenette (fridge, small electric stove, kettle) and dining area, two bedrooms: one has two separate beds, the other has a double bed (only this room has TV and air conditioning , and only from this room there is access to the terrace), a bathroom with a shower.

Two-Bedroom Lux Apartment with sea view

АРР 04 Lux SV (№6,7,8) (2-3 floor): 53 m2 + terrace 12 m2, living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms: one has two separate beds, the other has a double bed + sofa (only from this room access to the terrace), bathroom with bathtub or shower.
*Kindly note: two apartments (No. 7 and No. 8) have another common terrace of 26 m2, divided into 2 parts by a low partition through which the apartments are entered. The rooms have been renovated.

Beach

Municipal 200 m – small red pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
