About 350 m from the sea and the promenade, where cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and shops are concentrated. The Old Town is 850 m, the Mogren Beach is 1.1 km, the TQ Plaza shopping center and the central market are 250 m. The distance from Tivat Airport is 22 km, from Podgorica is 68 km.

  • Franeta apartments are a beautiful and modern house, cozy in a European style. All rooms are equipped with new furniture and appliances. Spacious family apartments within walking distance from the beach and the main infrastructure of the resort. We recommend for a relaxing holiday with children.

  • Attention: Upon check-in, a deposit of 50 euro per room is taken, which is returned after leaving and handing over the remote control from the electric gate.

  • Supplement for buffet breakfast and dinner in next restaurant Aquarius with additional payment

Food

Breakfast and dinner buffet in the Aquarius restaurant (50 m from the villa) for an additional fee.

Beach

Municipal at 350 m away – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
Beach towels are not provided.
