Distance from Tivat airport – 38 km, from Podgorica – 50 km, to Budva – 18 km, to Bar – 22 km.

Service:

Daily housekeeping and changing towels, bed linen is changed every 3 days. Laundry and ironing by arrangement with the maid.

Terrace, safe, air conditioning, TV, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen (a kettle is not electric, a stove, a set of dishes), a table and chairs for 4 people, Wi -Fi free, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Baby cot – free of charge (on request).

Studio 03 (№4,6,7,9): 36 m2 + terrace 12 m2, double bed or folding sofa + folding chair, equipped kitchenette, table and chairs for 4 people. Bathroom with a window and a small shower (no curtain or cabin).

Two-bedroom Apartment

APP 05 (№5,8): 58 m2 + terrace 12 m2, large living room with kitchen (stove with oven), sofa bed + folding chair, exit to the terrace. The bedroom has two beds that can be put together + an extra bed. Shower with tray, no curtain. Corner terrace – view of the courtyard and the playground.
*Kindly note: air conditioning only in the living room.

Beach

Municipal 250 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
