The distance to the Old Town of Budva is 1.5 km, to the bus station – 600 m, to the shopping center and the central market – 1 km. There are restaurants, cafes, clothing stores and supermarkets in the street next door to the apartments. Close to the Guest House Jovana and Kala Verde apartments and hotel Iper. Distance from Tivat airport – 22 km, from Podgorica – 67 km.

  • The villa was renovated in 2019. All rooms are with quality furniture and modern fixtures. The apartments are well suited for youth and families.
