Studio 03 on the 1st floor


 


Studio 03 Ground Floor (№5): 25m2, terrace, one double bed + separate bed, kitchenet, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.


Double Standard Room




DBL/Twin Standard (№6,7,8,9,10,11): 10-15m2, one double bed or two separate beds, kitchenet, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

*Kindly note: there is a shared kitchen and shared terrace on the floor. Not all rooms have a private balcony.

Breakfast and dinner – buffet for an additional fee in the restaurant “Vila Park” (150 m from the villa).


Beach


Municipal 700 m away – small pebbles, sand.

There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach for a fee.
