  • The cozy Villa Kovacevic is located in Bar, just 600 m from the city center and the municipal beach. The apartments have an ideal location – a quiet green area for a comfortable stay, while the promenade with cafes, shops and entertainment is within walking distance. The sports complex “Topolica” with a football field and sports grounds is a 5-minute walk away, the Old Bar is 5 km away, the Green Market is 1 km away, and the seaport is 2 km away. The distance from Podgorica Airport is 40 km, from Tivat – 55 km.

  • The villa has its own courtyard with barbecue, where guests can enjoy relaxing with morning coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains. Here you can rent a bike and go exploring the surroundings, or take a walk on a warm evening along the promenade. Next to the apartment there is a bus stop, from where you can get to the nearest resorts or move around the city.

APP 04: 45m2, balcony, bedroom with one double bed, living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 4 persons.

Breakfast can be ordered additionally from 8 euros per person per day

Municipal 600 m – pebbles.
