  • Mini hotel Iper is located about 700 m from the sea in the center of Budva, 150 m from the Mainski Put street, where cafes and restaurants, large grocery supermarkets and famous Montenegrin bakeries are concentrated. There is a central bus station and a hospital nearby. The Old Town of Budva is 1.5 km away. The distance from Tivat Airport is 22 km, from Podgorica Airport – 62 km.

  • Free-standing blocks: rooms in block A have a category 3*. Guests can use a small pool in the courtyard and a relaxation area. The rooms have a kitchenette. Excellent value for money, as well as proximity to the main attractions of the resort and beaches makes the mini-hotel popular with tourists.

  • Breakfast (buffet) could be ordered optionally in restaurant “Tomy” near apartments (for an additional fee).

Studio 02+1 (№303,304,403,404,405): 33-35 m2, terrace with a view of the territory or the mountains, three single beds or two beds put together + a single bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.


One-Bedroom Apartment


APP 02+1 (№301,305,401): 24-36 m2, terrace with a view of the neighboring house and the territory, single bed in the living room, one double bed or two separate beds in the bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower.


Beach


Municipal at 700 m away – small pebbles, sand.

Umbrellas and sun beds by the pool are free, on the beach – for a fee.

Beach towels are not provided.
