  • Hotel Park 3* is located in Budva, on the first line from the sea, 15 m from the Slovenska beach. The Old Town of Budva is a 20-minute walk along the embankment. There are cafes, restaurants and open-air discos nearby. Becici beach is a 20-minute walk away. A bus stop to Sveti Stefan is 350 m away. Distance from Tivat airport is 22 km, from Podgorica – 65 km.

  • The hotel is suitable for budget family and youth holidays – in the area you can go fishing, water sports and various types of active recreation. The territory of the hotel and the nearest beach is surrounded by greenery, which on hot summer days provides not only natural shelter, but also a range of Mediterranean aromas.

Double economy

DBL Economy: 18-25 m2, two single beds or a double bed, private bathroom with shower. There are rooms with a fold-out sofa, which is used as an extra bed.
*Kindly note: the rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel. All rooms were completely renovated in 2017. Rooms without a balcony.

Double land side

DBL Land Side: 18-25 m2, French balcony with mountain and street views, two or three single beds, private bathroom with shower.
*Kindly note: the rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel. All rooms were completely renovated in 2017.

Double sea side

DBL Sea Side: 20-30 m2, terrace with a view of the park, double bed and sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed, private bathroom with shower.
*Kindly note: the rooms are located on the second floor of the hotel on the sea side. All rooms were completely renovated in 2017.

Food

Breakfast and dinner – buffet (included in the price)

Beach

Municipal 15 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach – for a fee.
