  • Villa Jelena is located in the picturesque fishing village of Rafailovici, 50 meters from the beach and the promenade. Close to apartments Bonaca and Lux Tri Ribara. Ideal location – 2 minutes to the sea, within walking distance – cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop – 200 m; to Kamenovo beach – 800 m, to the Old Town of Budva – 4.5 km. Distance from Tivat airport – 24 km, from Podgorica – 63 km.

  • The apartments are cozy and well-groomed, there is a private green courtyard. Guests often note the cleanliness of the rooms and the sincerity of the hosts.

  • Supplement for breakfast +7 € per person per day in June/September; + 7.5 € per person per day in July/August.
    Supplement for dinner +8 € per person per day in June/September; + 8.5 € per person per day in July/August.
    *Not obligatory in restaurant OBALA.

Service:

Daily housekeeping and changing towels, bed linen is changed every 3-5 days.
Laundry for an additional fee by agreement with the maid. Iron and ironing board on the top floor – for shared use.

Studio 02

Studio 02 (№1,10): 15 m2+ terrace 4 m2 with a view of the courtyard and the neighboring house; double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Studio 03

Studio 03 (№4,5): 17 m2+ terrace 4-6 m2 with a view of the courtyard and the neighboring house (the sea is partially visible between the houses); double bed + folding chair, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Two-Bedroom Apartment

APP 04 (№2,8): 28 m2 + terrace with mini kitchen 12 m2 overlooking the wall of a neighboring house (between the houses you can see the sea a little); 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (exit to the terrace from both bedrooms); air conditioning in one room only; bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 4 people.

Beach

Municipal 50 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
