  • Ponta Apartments are located in Rafailovici, on the first line of the sea. It is a six-story building with an elevator. Within walking distance are cafes, restaurants, several grocery stores, public transport. To the city beach – 100 m, to Kamenovo beach – 500 m, to the Old Town of Budva – 3.5 km, to Sveti Stefan – 5 km. Distance from Tivat airport – 24 km, from Podgorica – 62 km.

  • The reception is located at the Ponta Nova 4* hotel. The guests of the apartments can use the pool and jacuzzi on the roof of the hotel Ponta Nova 4*. Modern rooms are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday on the Adriatic Sea.

  • Breakfast is included in the cost of accommodation in DBL+ex.bed SV rooms.

  • Supplement for breakfast +8 euro per person per day in June/September; +9 euro in July/August.
    Supplement for dinner +10 euro per person per day in June/September; +11 euro in July/August.
    Breakfasts and dinners are in Kapetanova konoba restaurant.

Facilities of hotel:

Reception, restaurant, parking, outdoor pool, jacuzzi – on the territory of the Ponta Nova hotel (neighboring building), free Wi-Fi, elevator.

In the rooms:

*Kindly note: DBL+ex.bed rooms do not have a kitchen and a washing machine (breakfast is included in the price). Ironing board and iron in every App 04, iron in every Studio 04; safe not in all rooms. Supplement for baby cot +5 euro per day.

Check-in from 13:00, Check-out till 10:00.

Service:

Daily housekeeping and change of towels, change of bed linen every 3-5 days.

Double Room with extra bed with sea view

DBL+ex.bed SV: 21 m2, terrace with sea view, double bed + sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 3 people.

Studio 04 with sea view

Studio 04 SV: 30 m2+ terrace 5 m2 with sea view, large double bed +  single bed, kitchenette (stovetop, kitchenware, electric kettle), bathroom with shower, washing machine. Maximum occupancy – 4 people.

One-Bedroom Apartment with sea view

App 05 SV: 40 m2+ terrace overlooking the sea, living room with sofa bed and folding chair, kitchen (stovetop, kitchenware, electric kettle), bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Maximum occupancy – 5 people.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with sea view

 

APP 04+2 SV: 60 m2+ 2 terraces: 6 m2 with sea view and 4 m2; living room with sofa bed + folding chair (or 2 folding chairs), kitchen (stovetop, kitchenware, electric kettle), two bedrooms: one bedroom with large double bed, second bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Maximum occupancy – 6 people.

Beach

Municipal 100 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
Beach towels are not provided.
