  • Villa Maja is located in Rafailovici, 150 meters from the sea. Near the apartments there is a bakery, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Bus stop 150 m, Kamenovo beach – 15 minutes walking distance. Distance to Budva – 4 km, from Tivat airport – 25 km, from Podgorica – 60 km.

  • Cozy apartments near the beach and tourist infrastructure. Suitable for family economical vacation.

  • Additionally, you can order breakfast in the Obala restaurant: +7 EUR in June/September and +7.5 EUR in July/August per person per day.
    Half board supplement: +15 EUR in June/September and +16 EUR in July/August per person per day.

Room cleaning: 1 time in 3 days, change of linen: 1 time per week, change of towels. There is an iron for common use on the floor.

Double Room with extra bed

DBL+ex.bed (№8,9,12,13): 18 m2 + terrace 5 m2, double bed + sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 3 people.

One-bedroom Apartment 

APP 03+1 (№7,10,11,14): 26 m2 + terrace 2,5 m2, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 4 people.
*Kindly note: sliding door between rooms.

Beach

Municipal 150 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas – for a fee.
