  • The largest and most popular tourist complex Slovenska Plaza is a tourist village of 10 separate villas. Set directly on the Adriatic coast of Budva, at 100 m from famous beach. The resort being a large sprawling site that pools everything necessary for an all-encompassing vacation: a public car park at the entrance, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and much more – literally putting the best of Budva at your fingertips. Distance from Tivat airport – 21 km, from Podgorica airport – 60 km.

  • The hotel hosts many cultural events: folklore concerts, open cinema, orchestra performances by the pool, animation for children, sports competitions.

    NOTE: The resort has a seasonal work schedule; it is open from May to the end of October!

Facilities of hotel:

865 rooms and 204 suites; two outdoor pools – Rondo I and Rondo II with salt water, bars, 3 restaurants, pizzeria, shops, hairdressers, doctor’s office, massage parlor, supermarket, gift shop, boutiques, bank, paid parking, free Wi-Fi, adult and children’s animation.

In the rooms:

Air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable channels, fridge, telephone, safety deposit box, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, free toiletries. The 4* rooms are provided with bathrobes and slippers and a mini-bar upon request.
*Kindly note: all rooms are renovated with new furniture and fixtures; balcony not in all rooms. Supplement for baby cot +7 euro per day.

For kids:

Children’s pool, water slide, animation programs, games room, playground.

Restaurants and bars:

Main restaurant with outdoor terrace for 700 seats.
A separate restaurant with 180 seats operates on the “All Inclusive” system – local and international cuisine and drinks.
Seaside Restaurant near the pool – à la carte service.
Restaurant “The Square” on the main square of the hotel serves a la carte menu. In the evening there are musical programs.
Aperitif Bar offers cakes, pastry, and drinks..
Cafe “Rasputin” – live music, salsa evenings, and fast food.

Activities:

Live music/performance, folklore nights, salsa dance lessons, karaoke singing contests, tennis court and equipment (extra charge).

Studio 02 (3*): balcony with furniture, double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old.

Apartment 02+2 (3)* with balcony

APP 02+2 (3*): 30 m2, balcony with furniture for sitting and a view of the beautifully landscaped gardens, two rooms – a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, twin beds in the other room, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 4 adults or 3 adults + 1 child under 12 y.o.

Double Room 4* without balcony

DBL 4*: 21 m2, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 3 people.

Double Room 4* with balcony

DBL balcony 4*: 21 m2, terrace with furniture overlooking nice green atriums, double or twin beds, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 3 people.

Studio 02 (4*)

Studio 02 (4*): balcony with furniture overlooking the green area, double bed or twin beds + sofa, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old.

Double Premium

DBL Premium: 21 m2, furnished terrace with garden view, double bed or twin beds, bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy – 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 y.o.

Food

Breakfast and lunch – buffet (include in price).

All inclusive service (10:00-23:00): breakfast, lunch, dinner – buffet, local drinks in unlimited quantities (beer, wine, juices, mineral water).

Beach

Municipal at 100 m – small pebbles, sand.
Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach – for additional charge, for hotel guests by the pool – free of charge.
